  • What has The Ven at Embassy Row changed in regards to guest room housekeeping?
    • In-room housekeeping service will be provided for multiple night stays by appointment only. Team members cannot enter guest rooms while the guest is present for everyone's safety and peace of mind.
    • Additional linens, towels and toiletries are available by contact free delivery by contacting the Front Desk.
    • Rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean guest rooms.
    • Guest rooms will sit unoccupied for a minimum of 72 hours before being serviced or resold.
    • Decluttering of guestroom and removal of reusable items from guest rooms including, but not limited to coffee service, minibar offerings, collateral, pen, paper, and directories.
